I am a housewife of CAPF Soldier. I stayed with my husband at entire tenure in the forces campus after our marriage and observe that the CAPF soldier are not get updated with civil life at their home town. A limited activities are performed by them in their camp. Moreover, during the force life, due to few educations, soldiers are always fight challenges to avail facilities at their home town. After retirement, civilians as well as family members are cheating them by advantage of their innocent/sympathetic attitude. Hence, their growth of social and family life is hamper. Therefore, I always think that I do something for such CAPF soldiers by providing following aspects. Due to which, I registered a Trust namely “EPSS Trust”(Ex Paramilitary Social Services Trust):-
1. Resettlement/Rehabilitation of pre-mature retiree of CAPF soldiers due to fulfillment of social responsibility.
2. Providing essential daily use products to family members of CAPF Jawans who are alone at their home town.
3. Providing pre-retirement training before their retirement to settle in Odisha to fulfilled their social needs at their home town.

I am a retired CAPF soldier and during my entire service, I serve my carrier at various border areas of International border and well known the difficulties of a Soldier who stayed far from their families at their home town. After retirement, I joined a leading Human Resources Company being a Accountant further became a manager. During my service period and after retirement period, discussion with various retiree of CAPF Jawans regarding their problems to face social responsibility. I try to settled such type of retired soldiers in my company as well as my friends companies accordingly to their educations and skills. Now, I have vast experience to closely handling with Government Authorities and strong ability to handle re-employment of CAPF Jawans as well as general public in various sectors. I achieved and expertise with exceptional persuasion, negotiation and relation skill/ability to people at any level of businesses. I committed to help socially weaker retired CAPF Jawans as well as general public.
I decided to spend few times from my remaining life for General Public.
